Finch and some of the other boyz in our class betted... who would be brave enough to say ...."ow paa" as soon as the good (DR) entered the class.
I though this time I would outdo the rest, so as soon as he entered the class with usual "Buenos dias...........!" I blurted out ..........Ow Paa!!
I had to pay for my sin...You can imagine the rest
Till this day I cannot forget... I wonder if Finch and the others can remember??

and the amazing thing about the leguan folks ..is that we called them the names 'to their face' and they answered....
as far as i remember..almost every family had an individual with a 'false name'
i rem my dad called his 'buddy' friend 'KAKA-HOLE" in normal conversation..not like in an argument..but friendly talk!!!

Almost all of the people in Leguanwouldrespond to their "False names"
I remember calling one " Uncle Kurta-Maan" andhe though I was too smallat the time to call him "full mouth" Kurta maan....so he complained to my father.
